There is a lot of fractal art on the Internet. However, I believe that fractal patterns have considerable potential in applied design. Working on the pulished papers of Julian Sprott and Scott Draves, I have adapted the fractal flame algorithm to write a program that creates repeating fractal patterns that could be used in textile design and other areas where repeating pattens are routinely required.
